Isabel was born within Melbourne Australia. She has a mother who is Swiss as is her father Australian. The family spent a lot of time within Switzerland Melbourne Jabiru an Australian mining town, and Cairns. Her sister Nina was also a student at an institution that was home to children of all different cultures as well as First Nations. Isabel lives at Byron Bay NSW Australia. Isabel was a performer in her high school. She attended Queensland University of Technology in Queensland. She also attended the Victorian College of Arts, and Perdekamp Method Perdekamp. The actress did not appear in the roles she was interested in until the agent called her in 2002. She was auditioning for the role of Tasha for the movie Home and Away 1998. They didn't think that she would be suitable to play the role, however they were awed by her performance, and offered Tasha a role. For her three-year stint as her first TV role the actress was awarded an award called the Logie Award. Isabel moved to Los Angeles. Isabel's breakthrough role in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen came in the year the year 2009.
